Avada Blog Customization

I have a client who wants the blog layout for the Avada theme customized. He wants the featured image from the first blog to span the full width of the page and the remaining blog entries and the sidebar beneath. Could you please provide an estimate in USD for this customization? An example may be viewed at: http://spgraf.com/uploads/avada.pdf.
