Author not responding to support requests

I have sent multiple emails to an author and he is not responding even though I have a 6 month of support left.

As per your terms *(see below) I would like to request a refund. Who do I contact for that, and don’t tell me the author because he aint responding!

*Item support is promised but not provided

If an author advertisers their item as including item support and you are not provide that support in accordance with the item support policy you will be entitled to a refund of your purchased support.
