Author not responding to me

Sorry if I posted this in the wrong place, I’m new here.

I just wanted to say I purchased an item and it says it comes with support but I’ve been trying to contact the author for two days now and he’s not responding. What can I do?


Check item comments to see how quick they reply there as an indicator.

A lot of authors don’t work over weekends (usually the support tab on the item page gives an indication of approximate response time) so that may explain the last couple of days
