I just bought a product, and i’m having some problems with that, but the author is not giving any kind of support, and yes, i’ve a ticket opened in their own support page. The problem comes because if i go to the product comments, i see a guy he have a open ticket since 32 days, so… where or who i have to contact for any solution?
How long ago did you contact them?
Is the item definitely supported?
Was it something within support policy?
