Hi, I’m currently having issues with the author @ViserLab who keep locking me out the software I brought from them. The domain remains the same just that the server ip address changes on a regular basis but this company always want access to my server when asking them to white list my ip address. which I’m kinda getting annoyed with and not comfortable with. When told I would contact @Envato they tried to mock me with a 
and ticket number. I want to know what should I do in this case as I do not always want to provide my server info if the domain always remains the same.
Now I want purely advice and not ask why do I keep changing servers. The author they self say they provide 100% source code for modifications for support but what is the use of that if they always want access to the server for unlocking blocked ip addresses.
The item shouldn’t be based on IP but the domain name as a start but on the second part, I’m also wondering why you keep changing the server IP.
