Author isn't responding. How to contact Themeforest Now?

I have purchased the following theme:

I tried raising the request for authentication in the theme. The aren’t responding since last 7 days.

What are the alternate ways to contact Theneforest support team or the author.

You can let the theme author @Themesbrand know about your concern by posting comments going through the Item Comments page.

Or send them a direct email going through the author profile page, there you will find a contact form.

if the author not responding (reply may take 1-3 business days) then open an Envato Customer support Help ticket and let them know. Envato Customer support team will be happy to assist you.
