Audiojungle review queue length now?

Waiting over a week for a music file to clear… Why is everyone else seeing approvals in a matter of hours?! Why is this is this occurring to me and not others yet again?

I might just continue to post here until someone acknowledges that this is happening… Does a support ticket need to be opened each time? How does it continue to occur? :face_with_monocle: @KingDog

Actually it appears that our ability to report this via a support ticket has been removed? Can someone please help here? @audiojungle

Maybe try deleting it from the queue, then downloading it…!
It worked for me once!

Yeah I can do that, but the larger problem still exists. This is something that has now happened to me multiple times. It has happened to you and many others. This should not even be possible. And it should not be on the author to work around a broken system. It should be addressed, and there have now been multiple opportunities. Since we are not longer able to open a support ticket about it (why?), I am left with the option of using the forums, like this, or deleting and re-uploading while the issue goes unaddressed. It is getting harder to communicate directly as an author, which is quite unfortunate.

@KingDog @audiojungle @BenLeong What is an author supposed to do when nobody is willing to respond to them regardless of how they try to make contact and get support? I have tried using Support and Forums for over a week and I see you responding in other threads and ignoring this. There is a track stuck in the review queue again and this has happened too many times to be told to work around it by deleting and re-uploading. Too many people have been affected and have reported this issue for too long to simply be ignored like this. I am truly at a loss as to why this is happening. This non-communication benefits nobody and continues to erode trust. Can someone please respond?

It looks like our ability to create new author support tickets is back online. So I have submitted another support ticket about the AJ review queue issues. It sure would be nice to see this finally taken care of…

Audiojungle is no longer a priority for Envato. It’s all about the Elements these days. AJ authors no longer matter in this equation.
