Items in both sound effects and music are being skipped over right now in the review queue. I have items that were uploaded more recently (and approved) than the items remaining in the queue. This should never happen.

I’m finding it pretty unacceptable that my items are STILL in the review queue after seeing multiple people here getting items reviewed faster. Some of my own items have been reviewed before my oldest standing assets in the queue. This should not happen. Can someone please respond? @KingDog Support has been unresponsive. Thanks!

Thank you, I appreciate my assets being moved through the review queue today, though there is still a sound effect that has been waiting for a week that has not been reviewed still. Many other sounds have been uploaded since then and have all been approved. If this is a technical problem with the queue, it’s easily understood if someone took the time to communicate it as such…

Try to contact support again. It happened twice to me as well. Sometimes a submission or resubmission gets somehow stuck in line. It happens.

I have. This seems to be a bigger systemic bug they need to be aware of, as an item is being allowed into Elements before it clears AudioJungle. Not sure why they are unresponsive to it.
