Submission Limit Changes for Music Authors

Impossible (or work day and night and copy tracks). Except if it’s a new author and a new ready-made portfolio … 30 per month is like unlimited upload. It may turn out that the queue with such a huge limit will only get longer (as it was before 32-35 days).
