It means that your audio submission is not good enough.

It’s not bad actually. I’ve heard worse songs get accepted. The main thing I did notice is that your title is “inspiring corporate technology”… but your chord progression is just 2 chords and both of them are minor chords. Don’t get me wrong I like minor chords but for inspirational corporate you need it to be happy for customers to buy it.
