AU Royalty Withholding Tax

Hello everyone! I’m from Ukraine and I pay 30% of AU taxes for every australian sale. Same thing was with US withholding tax but it changed to 10% after filling W8 form. Is there any way to do it with AU taxes or it’s fixed and can’t be changed?

Unfortunately not… while there is a reduced rate of 10% with the US, there isn’t with Australia.
