Asking for refunds

I bought Enfold theme in Themeforest last week, coz I saw the review is good and it is easy to use for a person who don’t know anything about website coding.
I can install the theme, but I can’t import the demo, ALL the demos.
I already contacted Enfold to help me. And also contact my hosting to change some settings as requested by Enfold. But NONE is works.

Enfold response is very slow, while my hosting response is very fast.
I contacted my hosting about 7-8 times, and they always replied me fast.
While Enfold, I have to wait so long day.

I’m very frustrated now, coz I have to finish the the website before 12/15.
I’m under pressure. I can’t start design my website anymore.
I sent a refund request to Themeforest yesterday, but I can’t find my request record in my account.
Is there anyone have a same experience like me?
Need for anyone’s help.

Enfold is one of the most successful themes of all time and is exceptionally well constructed. It’s definitely not broken or buggy.

If (as the errors sound in those screenshots) this is a hosting challenge then there is a good chance that you may have similar problems with other themes too.
