Does anyone happen to have any knowledge as to why the Arqam social media plugin will not update? The links are correct, when you click on them they take me to my website, however, my facebook and youtube numbers are still at zero for days, while my google plus, instagram, and twitter numbers are correct. Please help.
i have the same issue, got the right API, ID, Token still the Facebook and Youtube is 0
@CarlOziled @mmareporter been having the same issue, when you get the error message go to the URL delete the basic+relationship string (last few words) and it will work.
Haven’t figured out how to get facebook to work tho.
