Are Regular licenses for themeforest, for life?

I’m looking at Wokiee theme https://themeforest.net/item/wokiee-multipurpose-shopify-theme/22559417.

  1. Is the regular license for life i.e one-time payment?
  2. Are there any hidden charges or other payments I need to make later like 6 or 12 months from now?

  1. yes license will be valid for lifetime of the product and it is one-time purchased
  2. with each purchase you will get 6 month author support (if item supported by the author) and after 6 month if you need support from theme author then you have to purchase/extended support period. other than there is no hidden charges for the theme.
