Hi, i have an item that i would like to upload, it is necessary to include license and readme.md?
You only need to include the following in your source files (CodeCanyon).
- Documentation in any common format (pdf, html, txt) - try to avoid .md because some people will be like “what’s this?”
- Full source code without any encryption
If you use third party software in your item, you don’t necessarily need to include the license in your files (as in, it won’t get your item rejected if you don’t), but you should anyways because the terms of the license probably says you need to.
