I bought the HTML version, but I need the Wordpress version. Anyone have it available to download? Designer has not responded.

Even if someone still had it, he can’t just give nor sell it to you. Your best bet is to wait for the author to reply.

That said, using the theme which is no longer being actively developed is a very bad idea.
