Approved Items not Appeared in Elements Platform

Hi, I have 2 items that approved on Elements.

It said “This item is currently live on Envato Elements.”

But when I click “Go to Item” button, it said Error 404.

I also can’t find my approved items manually through search bar and “Newest” Filter.

I think there’s some people who face the problem, I view the Newest filter since 3 days ago and still showing the same result, even I have new approved items.

Any clarifications?
