API Token failing for registration & auto updates

Hi All.
Purchased the WooCommerce Builder for Elementor plugin which requires registration by creating a token.
I have followed steps outlined and spoken to the plugin creator directly but have been unable to complete the registration process. I have also tried logging out and in to confirm I am using the correct account.

The error message states: Invalid token, or corresponding Envato account does not have WooCommerce Page Builder For Elementor purchased.

Any suggestions as to why this might be the case or how to resolve?

Hi,

Before you create a new token the following 3 permissions should be selected from the list of permission available on the Token page.

  1. View and search Envato sites (checked by default)
  2. Download the user’s purchased items
  3. List purchases the user has made
