API: Query new comments only and replies to a comment seperatly

Hi,

We would need the following features, but I could not find it on the API methods page:

  • Query only the new comments (top level comments - no replies) with the number of replies to that comment and if the username of the last reply
  • Query all replies to a comment

Any help would be appreciated.

Not possible right now. Check out the support hub WordPress plugin, that pulls in comments from API. Might find some code you can reuse
