Anyone know of a lightbox plugin for posts, websites?

If anyone can help that be great, I am looking for a plugin which opens up posts or pages from links on the front page in a lightbox, rather than the page.

I pull a lot of RSS feeds with permission to my site, what I am trying to get to is, if a user clicks a story on my site it opens the original article in a lightbox on my page, keeping them on my page but looking at another website through a lightbox.

Can this be done, if so any help would be approbated.
