I know this is a bit random, but are there any tools out there that allow me to add a filter on top of an image, that makes them all triangle/diamond shapes?
For example:
If I put a photo in, and it generated this: http://www.ilikewallpaper.net/iphone-6-wallpapers/download/25729/Colorful-Abstract-Triangle-Shapes-Render-iPhone-6-plus-wallpaper-ilikewallpaper_com.jpg
Or this: http://wallpaperlayer.com/img/2015/11/colorful-triangle-wallpaper-5079-5321-hd-wallpapers.jpg
