My item was hard-rejected because: ‘unfortunately we found it isn’t at the quality standard required to move forward’. I would simply like to understand why. On Activeden I had a similar Rope Physics item that got solid reviews and sold well.
I am trying to grasp what quality standard this item is not meeting. Any suggestions are more than welcome.
