I never thought I’d have to ask for one but the theme I bought for Shopify is one massive problem.
When I submitted the request it said there is a longer than usual wait.
I’m not going to name and shame but in the request I had to included a list of all the problems I’ve encountered so far, I think it was 10 broken features I listed, and screenshots of all the broken (and I use the term loosely here) “responsive” issues of the theme. The support is slow and provided in hard to understand broken English.
Now Im stuck out of pocket with a useless theme.
Many disappoint.
