Hello Mod, i need help regarding my login issue. I move to another place and try to login my Envato Account. But its need Passcode to login which send by an email. But the problem is my email not active again. so i requested the change of an email address to my new email address. But still no reply until now.
Could any moderator here can help me to update the ticket request (2726326) because i need files from my Envato account to upload to my server.
