There’s a reason why “there’s no similar project”.
The idea behind is similar with Trustpilot/SikayetVar but the main point is, you cannot sell this project, lets say 100 copies.
The approach you’re taking to create a template is not for a template, it’s for application/project for specific needs. On top, this doesn’t really require lots of coding, I could create a similar one with WordPress in few hours by using “free plugins” as well as any listing WordPress theme could achieve the same without any afford or worry about to get security updates, etc.
I hope you see the point what the template is.
How many minutes can you create the software you gave as an example in WordPress?

You are using Rich Text Editor yes? Have you checked that you can use that on a resell product?
There are multiple spelling errors - example active and NOT acive
Control Panel - abouts and NOT About Us
Dark theme skin in the Admin area looks not great, and could be better with some thought.
Font on frontend could be better.
My opinion yes it’s reasonable, but not good enough for this platform.
You need to come up with an original idea or at least something different, I saw this 1000 times being made in one way of another…

That’s gonna be better idea, apart from you’re wasting your time, even if you get approval, you’re not gonna make enough sale for your time.
