Anker Anchor from Other Site

Hello, ive a Problem with the Template ive paid for.
One page is Funktionality. https://www1.ib-ahrens-gmbh.de
The Ankers are ok. But in the other Menu here in the Footer… Kontakt.(Kontakt – Ingeneurbüro Ahrens). I go to the Site Kontakt. I wnt to a Anchor to the Startpage “Karriere”…(Ingeneurbüro Ahrens – Das Ingeneurbüro aus Oldenburg). It is not funktionality. The Anker is Wron from the other Site. From the Startpage ther Anchor is ok. From the other Site its right for milisecunds, but by the reload, the Site have wrong Anchors. What can i do?
