Animation only load after page refresh

Hi there,

I’m having this problem that whenever i navigate within the website, all items with animation (picture fade-in, text flow bottom to top etc) doesn’t load and it seems like it stays in full opacity. All static blocks (mostly text box and headers) are loading just fine. Only after i’m refreshing the page I get the animation working. once i reopen the browser it happens again. Also, if i’m deactivating item animation, it is working just fine.
I tries to disable all plugins, rebuild some pages, clear server cache and updating everything, but it doesnt help.

Anyone have an idea?
