I can’t update the Retailer theme. When I start to update it, it gives me an error code that says “An error occurred while updating The Retailer: Please activate your license to enable theme updates” with a link to the original page I started from, so I’m not able to make any progress. Since the latest update, my Woocommerce account shortcodes have stopped working, so I need this update installed ASAP so I can make sales again!

We’ve tried that, and Envato is already connected. We didn’t purchase extended support, and since theme updates are included, can you email us the update?
You can download the latest versions from your downloads page www.themeforest.net/downloads (assuming you are logged in) then follow the instructions from @adrian_getbowtied
