AMita theme's website llinks to various support do not work!!!

I need the manual for theis theme as well as how to find and use the sample pages which didnt load with the them.
This and other support linksat their site DO NOT work:

Jack,

Typically, documentation will come with your theme’s download files - make sure you’re downloading “All Files” from https://themeforest.net/downloads.

If you need further help, it looks like the author (@plazart) has a support page you can use to contact them. I’ve linked it below.
