I just got a pack of 3 video backgrounds rejected with this message:
“We receive many abstract background submissions and are currently only accepting ones that stand out or offer something new as a motion graphic background. Also, having backgrounds such as this one be able to made loopable will greatly increase the overall value and use of the video. Thank you for your submission.”
Well, each of the videos is in fact loopable, so now I’m wondering if they were rejected because of this assumption that it doesn’t loop or because they don’t actually stand out enough (even though I have other similar items that are successful).
Help center isn’t really helpful so what’s the proper way to contact staff about this? Thanks.
