Amazon S3 outage

Hey folks,

Earlier today, the service we use to host Envato Market items, Amazon S3, experienced an outage.

While the service is now back up, anyone who attempted to download files at this time were likely to have experienced some trouble. Big apologies on our end for the inconvenience!

Re-downloading should be fine now, simply head to your downloads page in your Envato account and start the process again.

If anyone else is encountering any issues, please sing out below and we’ll be sure to investigate.

This outage was a real problem for many users, hope it won’t happen again.

Search did not work aswell and i think purchases were affected. Overall sales got hit bit time with us.

I am glad its back to normal.

Will this problem affect items that are already in the uploading review process?

Yes, we and other authors we know also experienced a huge hit in sales. That, summed up to the fact that several countries were celebrating carnival, made a great impact in purchases.
