i wanted to ask that am i allowed to use MASSIVE VC ADDONS or ULTIMATE ADDONS in my theme…

The license is irrelevant without the author’s permission. You need explicit permission form the author as well as whatever conditions they have e.g. split profits, extended license, feeds, none of the above etc.
