The author topic did not specify whether they (buyers) would download his tracks or not. This is a difficult question, there are contradictions.

But while the official answer in the topic remains relevant (link to exclusivity rules), then I gave him a link to the rules of exclusivity. :wink:

There is no need to argue with the rules of exclusivity authors prescribed by Envato! :wink:

No, I do not think we’re arguing :slight_smile: We simply try to solve this complex issue. Let’s make a conclusion:

  • topic author asked about letting others to use his (I suppose exclusive) AJ tracks for non profit without buying license on AJ - which is forbidden
  • you’ve said that all kinds of distribution without a watermark outisde AJ are prohibited - I’ve said that there are some exceptions, e.g. self promo or as a part of freelance use, (it’s good to mention personal listening as well)
