Already filed a refund but it has not been processed

Hi Envato,

4 days ago I applied for a refund. But there is no answer from the theme developers.

Also on the refund form, I do not see the list of this themes I bought. See screenshot on link below :

Can you process my refund? I can not keep buying the theme, because just for the demo I have to contact support and give login to my admin. Not because I do not understand installing their one click demo, but the demo that I installed it looks damaged and not in accordance as described on their page.

Additionally, I just installed a demo of the theme in a temporary link on a subdomain. I do not want to get into trouble when I have to use that theme on an already operational domain.
