Alone Theme "This product is in use on another domain" Error

I purchased the Alone Theme and I am trying to activate it, but when I enter my purchase code from the licensing PDF, I get the following error:

This product is in use on another domain: {“error”:“cURL Error (6): Could not resolve host: api.bearsthemespremium.com \n”}

Hi,

You are not able to use one item/theme in two domain! you can transfer file from one domain to another domain with your item author help but you are not able to install multiple time to multiple domain.
Each license for each domain.

I have not used the theme on any domain yet - so this shouldn’t be a second domain.

How can I remove it from other domains?

I think you have to get in touch with your purchase item author hope the will help you out form your issue
