All products got hard disabled

Hello, 2 days ago all my working products with 5 star ratings got hard disabled without providing any reason. I contacted support team but so far no answer. :frowning:
Anyone have similar problem?

I already completed ID Check, and received email saying its done successfully

I’ve just checked with our Support team - please check your email for more details on how to re-enable your Envato portfolio. You should have a new support ticket, sent earlier today.
