I think http and https are conflicting there. Maybe your website https setup not done completely. and as a result fonts awesome are not working. You can check through browser console.

browser console can help you to find out the issue. If you are not familiar then you should discuss with your developer. I think your https setup in settings or database is not done correctly. Thanks
