Looks great on the desktop, but I get a blank screen when I search for it on my phone. Powered phone off and back on; same results. Obviously, I’m a novice.
The best way to get the support is Contact your purchased Theme (Alia) Author. Contact Author and let them know because Item Author are best expert about their Item functionality.
Are you trying an uploaded version or the actual item demo (which works fine on our phones)

Works for us (UK based) but if there is an issue as the demo works fine it is most likely to be hosting related
