While I agree 110% that the Envato-Author communication is a real bottleneck here on the forum and are one of the biggest problems we have, there have been some positive development in this lately. Just look at this thread for example: What do you think about the new search results design?
Right now I think we need to try to understand how much the Envato crew has to deal with. Huge changes lately which must surely make up a big workload for them.
So the more we carefully “choose our battles” and decide what to push pressure on, the more likely it is that we will be heard. Or at the very minimum get an explanation why our ideas will not be prioritised.
