Ajax error in option ''Add Slider From template" - Revolution Slider

Hello,
I have I problem with option “Add Slider From Template” in Revolution Slider.
One minute after I click on this option get Ajax error.
Because of this error I can’t create any slider. Any ideas for solve this problem?

Thanks for using Slider Revolution. I’d like you to know that an ”Ajax Error” usually relates to insufficient server PHP resources. Could you please contact your hosting provider and ask them to increase your server PHP resources values and see if it helps? Or go through this conflict test and see if it fixes the issue you had there.
