Ive recently bought the Directory+ theme and there $200 plugin bundle pack on there website and have noticed they have just added a feature to there support saying people can pay to jump to the front of the support queue…
I think its bad that I and the other 11,000+ people have all paid for this theme and have support but now they have implemented a scheme on there support site were people can now pay to jump there support tickets to the front of the queue. This is money grabbing in my opinion and has kind of made the support a pay to win scheme. it’s in a way downgrading everyone that’s not willing to pay the extra $19 to get priority support every time they have a problem or question. it slows down the whole support system because there be dealing with people that will be willing to pay.
is it just me who thinks this is bad?
