You can ask your query directly to the Item author by posting comments going through the Item Comments page.
Or send them a direct email going through the author profile page in Envato market, there you will find a contact form.

I mailed you guys also, so i hope some one will respond. Because i can not make a ticket. its like envato connection does not work? i have downloaded aimo, the plugins… just the demo install wont work for some reason. I need assistance.
That’s Envato elements not themeforest - downloads don’t come with support and updates or demo content
so envato elements dont come with demo even it is in its zip package?

If there’s a zip for the demo then that sounds like the better option. What exactly does not work when you try and install it?
I have bought now again, but now paid 40 dollar extra to get the real version… its exact the same zip. I dont undestand how to INSTALL DEMO please help me… nothing works? when i click on IMPORT DEMO its loading and loading… is there a special thing i can do to upload the demo.

Please find the demo file available in the full package downloaded from ThemeForest. If you can’t find it, please download the demo file from the server.
