After unzipping my newly purchased themeforest theme, how do i run it on my computer the program

Hello. i just purchased a website theme and unzipped it. However, i do not know how to open the theme on my computer. There are lots of files appearing. But, which one runs the theme workstation?

What do you mean “workstation”?

Is it a HTML template? WordPress theme? Other format?

Thank you for responding. I mean the program itself. I am under the impression i can work on my website theme before posting it onto a server. Am i correct in thinking so? It is a word press theme.
