Hello, thanks for the answer. I follow the steps in the video but when it takes me to the author’s page it asks me to register and they will send me an email. They tell me that if I don’t receive it, look in spam. I have done it 3 times and I get nothing. Impossible to contact.

Use the Comments option to contact the author and let them know you are facing issue when trying to open a support ticket in their support forum.

Another option go to author @designthemes profile page and use the contact form there to contact them.
