After formatting my laptop, when I login again, my already purchased products are not showing on Buy Plugins & Code from CodeCanyon, please solve my problem

You don’t have any buyer badge. Are you sure you purchased the Item from envato market (like codecanyon) not downloaded from envato elements?

If it is your first purchase then envato has sent you an email to confirm your purchase. you have to confirm by clicking the link/button in that email. then you will see your item under your Downloads page.

Otherwise please open Help ticket and let them know. Envato Customer support team will be happy to assist you.
