After Effects CC (12.2.1) bug-fix update:

Note the part at the end of that page about a crucial update for the Creative Cloud desktop application, which addresses some severe problems with AME, Premiere Pro, and After Effects.

I’m testing the CC application on a friend computer and I have very mixed feelings (also I’m afraid hackers will stole my credit card number if I purchase a subscription). Hope this update will fix some of the issues I’ve encountered.

Thanks for the info! Has someone experienced crashes on launch of Media Encoder CC? It happens to me all the times; the first launch (from the desktop icon) always fails.

See the last section of the page that I linked to above for information about an issue regarding crashes with Adobe Media Encoder (AME).

If you have problems with AME, I recommend bringing them here:
