After 8 days of purchase and not receiving the license, support ticket still has no reply.

I have purchased 3 licenses, and only got two. I have contacted the provider and they told me I need to ask Themeforest (Envato Market) Support team for delivery. It has been 8 days and no responses were received. I hear that it is slow but this is just another level of no support. Any ideas? or should I just forget about my money and try another way?

Have you purchased one item twice meant purchased 2 items but total 3 licenses. Then One license code should be enough for the 2 license and you can get 2 license code for total 3 licenses. If you purchased 3 license for 3 different items then you should receive 3 license code, meant separate license code for each individual item.

You can send a follow-up email to let the customer support know that you are waiting for their reply.
