Affiliate - Clicks on my account but no action recorded

Hello, I have referred 2 of my clients to purchase on Envato Market through my referral link, I always see the clicks on my account but no action or payment, why? Please check my link is working properly. Thanks.

This is a message that I sent to IMPACT 2 months ago and I don’t know who to address to fix the problem, It is very frustrating.
