Is it possible to build an extranet website, with wordpress, that can allow people to apply and renew various categories of licences, have a custom module to incoporate specific features like CCtv sreaming, monitor and track vehicles. etc…keep a register of licencess, check if user has met specific requirments for licence application etc
If you could then it may not be the best solution in terms of security etc. And would require crazy budgets to custom build. (Not a project for a stock marketplace).
