As a customer that buys music off envato, I will say it is pretty annoying when you buy something and work hard to have everything legit and have your video have ads in them upon uploading it to Youtube. Then you get some annoying copyright content ID alert. Then you have to contact the owner and go through all these hoops. Getting penalized for paying doesn’t make you want to buy from that owner again.
